Shipping and Refund/Exchange Policy
1. Full Price Purchases (No Discount or Coupon Code Applied)
If your purchase was made at the original listed price (without any discounts or coupon codes) and the product is not personalized or customized, you're entitled to:
- A refund to your original payment mode (after deducting our shipping charges)
- A size replacement
- An exchange for a different item of equal or higher value
- Store credits valid for up to 1 year
2. Purchases with Coupons or Promotions
If your item was bought using a discount code or during a promotional/sale event (and is not customized or personalized), you are eligible for:
- A size replacement
- An exchange with a different item of equal or higher value
- Store credits valid for 1 year
3. Customized or Personalized Items
All custom or personalized purchases are considered final. This means:
- No refund or exchange is applicable
- As these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be resold
4. Shipping Timelines
We are a make-to-order brand, and all products are handcrafted. Please note the timelines below:
Domestic Shipping
During Regular Season: 2–14 working days
During Peak/Rush Season: 2–19 working days
International Shipping
During Regular Season: 2–14 working days
During Peak/Rush Season: 2–19 working days
We ensure prompt sharing of shipping details with our customers and maintain a 98% on-time delivery record. In the rare event of a delay, we proactively inform our customers and offer a discount coupon or a complimentary gift as a gesture of appreciation for their patience.
Urgent or expedited orders can be arranged — kindly reach out to us before placing such an order.
5. Return Shipping
- We offer free shipping on your first order dispatch.
- For exchanges, both return and new shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued after deducting the original shipping charges.
6. Quality Check for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will undergo a quality check to confirm that the product is unused and undamaged.
- If the item passes the check:
- We begin the return/exchange process
- Exchanges follow the same timelines as new orders
- Refunds typically take 2–4 working days post QC and another 6 days to reflect in your account
- If the item fails the check:
- If signs of wear, creases, scratches, or missing tags/packaging are found, the return/exchange may be declined
- In such cases, customers must cover the shipping cost to receive the product back
7. Return/Exchange Timeline
If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please inform us within 10 days of receiving your product.
- Make sure your product meets the quality check standards to avoid rejection
- You can either send the item yourself or request a pickup
8. Order Cancellations
Since our products are made-to-order, we begin processing almost immediately after receiving your order. Hence, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Please reach out to us with any questions before confirming your order.
9. Warranty & Repairs
Warranty:
- All products come with a 1-year warranty and free repairs from the date of purchase (Customer pays for both-way shipping)
Free Repairs:
- Repairs will be offered if the product is not damaged due to water, moisture, improper storage, or mishandling
- General wear and tear (e.g., scuffing, outsole wear, hardware aging) is not covered
- Repairs cover broken hardware, stitching issues, torn panels
Additional Notes:
- Only one exchange is allowed per item. If the item has been exchanged once, no further exchanges will be accepted
- Original packaging, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards (if provided) must be included for returns
- All legal matters fall under Delhi jurisdiction
- Colour variation may occur due to monitor differences
- Leather is a natural material; minor variation in tone, texture, and markings are part of its uniqueness and not considered defects
